Here are a few websites to check out
for information about AIDS and AIDS awareness.

There are thousands of AIDS related sites out there.
Listed below are a few general sites that I found with a simple search.
If you know of any sites you think are good,
let me know and I will include them here.

THE BODY: A Multimedia AIDS and HIV Resource!

A very in depth site for information on AIDS, HIV and research. It has it's own search engine if you need to find out something specific.
There is an interactive question and answer with experts. And also an online forum and discussion group.

AIDS Education Global Information System

Another very in depth site, loaded with information. Current news and research. Online forums. Search engine Events. Drug trials. All around basic educational information. They say they are the largest AIDS/HIV database in the world.

The Safer Sex Page!

A very well done site for information on how to be safe. Includes Quick-time demonstrations on how to put on a condom and a tour of a condom factory.
I highly recommend this site, it's good information and fun!

The Names Project

The Home Page for the AIDS Memorial Quilt.
It has a searchable database of names and their panel location. Lists news and exhibit dates.

Liberace's panel is number 00020, just plug this number into the search engine and an image of the panel is called up.

Project Inform

Another in depth page filled with information. Publications, Hot lines, Outreach Programs, Treatment news etc. Also has a version in Spanish.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's National Prevention Information Network

A Service of the National center for HIV, STD, and TB Prevention.
