Liberace's only feature film premieres in Los Angeles on November 23rd. The film also starred, Dorothy Malone, Joanne Dru, and William Demerest.
Liberace played 31 songs in this film. It was not a box office success and showed for less than two weeks in the larger movie markets.
The failure was attributed to Liberace's overexposure on Television. If you've ever seen the movie you might disagree with that theory.
